Spokane County Community Feedback For American Rescue Plan Funds

The American Rescue Plan Act of 2021, through the Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery Fund, has provided just over $ 101 million to Spokane County to “aide in pandemic relief, address its economic fallout, and lay the foundation for a strong and equitable recovery.”

The County is using a community driven, data-informed process to ensure the effective, efficient, and equitable distribution of this federal funding.
The County survey is asking for community feedback in several areas in order to properly prioritize funding.

It’s really important that as many people as possible fill out the survey linked below. Thank you to those who filled out the survey in the short timeline we had previously been given. After reviewing the results the commissioners are leaving the survey open through the holidays. The more they hear from Newman Lake the more inclined they will be to use the funds to replace the Speece Cone with a Line Diffuser.

This survey will guide the Spokane County Board of Commissioners decision on how to spend the Federal American Rescue Plan funds.

DIRECTIONS:
A. Follow this link: Community Feedback (Community Feedback alchemer.com)
B. Fill out the survey
C. On question 6 select “Broadband or Water and Sewer Infrastructure”;
